Buena Vista and Glenwood Irrigation Community Updates

We are a group of volunteers gathered together to improve our community ditch and provide water rights users access to irrigation water to our properties. Our joint goal is to keep our trees and lawns looking green and enjoyable. Our irrigation Alcaldes work to get the water to your home as per the schedule allotted by the El Paso Lower Valley Irrigation District.

Visit the gallery. The photographs were taken on July 24, 2020. The Public Service Board is the water rights owner for main areas in the main canal which leads to the Buena Vista and Glenwood
Neighborhood canals. The sediment and weeds built up in the main canal restrict the full water flow thus prevent residents from receiving the full allotment of surface water.
